The staff here are friendly, the room is spacious with a view of the mountains, and the location is conveniently close to restaurants and shops, making it a great place to stay.

Everything is perfect here, had a lovely stay on a business trip. The rooms here are cosy and big size with good ac. The staff are knowledgeable and the location is good very close to the shops.

Everything was perfectly fine, nothing to complain about, I would be happy to recommend it. It was an exceptional hotel in a safe area, next to the best fallafel and humous restaurant in all of Jordan called Hasham and main square in quiet street. Central location was a plus. There was an authentic restaurant nearby.

I got great value for my money at New Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and assistance throughout my stay.

Breakfast offerings could be improved, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

The rooms have showers and very comfortable mattresses, the breakfast has many goodies, and the staff at the reception desk are incredibly accommodating.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, near to the Roman Amphitheater, Amman for a 2 day business trip and restaurants, shops and historical sights. I liked large room with mountain views. The staff there were especially helpful and very friendly. I didn't want to say goodbye and would return anytime.

The staff was amazing especially Hamad, friendly caring....He wrote little pieces of paper in arabic for me to let the bus driver , taxi driver know where I wanted to go.

Room was slightly clean and were not cleaned during my whole stay. Cardboard was not clean had to call staff to clean it before I got my clothes in. Breakfast was very basic and not much.

I loved the room with good air conditioning. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the center and close to historical attractions and the Jett bus station in Abdali. Plus, it was really convenient that the Grand Husseini Mosque was only 1 km away.

cleanleness, space was good, room was big enough, they had prepared a room for three persons, but we had made a reservation for four persons. They gave us an extra room. They were flexible. 5 minutes only from down town. Easy to walk.
